Lets face it, we all know that Alyson is a babe and in any real life high school there'd be a line of guys waiting to ask her out, but in the Buffyverse she's supposed to be a plain-jane geek. There's that hard to describe thing that you can see in a person just by looking at them (or better by watching them interact with others). You could say "the way the carry themselves". Kind of a body language thing. I think we can presume that Oz has been watching Willow from the stage for a little while at least. He's intrigued by what he see's, he's attacted but he doesn't know who she is "Who is that girl?". I found out some cool stuff. She saw Nick Brendon, but not his girlfriend (my friend almost went in the same elevator Nick was in). She saw Alyson Hannigan's boyfriend. She said that Aly's boyfriend looked weird a so un-willow-y. He was shorter that her, he had this round face and round body, and he had about 2 centimeters of hair which was spikey. Charisma Carpenter had crimped fluffy hair that looked weird in my friend's opinion. David Boreanaz was there. He is VERY tall. He didn't have much make up or any at all on and he looked different which she had to say was un-Angel-y and not vampire-like. The only Buffy cast member that wasn't there was Anthony Stewart Head. My other friend that went got to talk to Sarah. They were debating on something that I cannot say (but is on the spoilers below) unless you want to know a spoiler about the movie. Also, he talked to Freddy Prinze Jr. He was talking to Freddy having this big conversation and he didn't know that he was in the movie till moments later. The only person who wasn't there in the cast of IKWYDLS was the Ryan Phillippe. Some other people who were there were two people from USA HIGH, Melissa Joan Hart, Seth Green, Jared Leto, and the guy from Boy Meets World who plays Eric (which happens to be Jennifer Love Hewitt's boyfriend). Oh yeah, by the way, my friend got an autographed thing which said from Sarah, Best Wishes, and from Freddie, God Bless. They also gave away free IKWYDLS CD's. They had a party afterwards, too. She is sooo lucky. Ugh! To bad I couldn't go. Now here's a major spoiler on I Know What You Did Last Summer (so if you are going to watch the movie and don't want to know anything, DON'T READ IT): S P O I L E R S P A C E Sarah Michelle Gellar's character is going to die. The bad guy will have a hook (the reason he has a hook is because in the beginning of the movie, the characters were telling a ghost story [the movie people made up] of some guy with a hook who kills people). Anyway, the story about my friend talking to Sarah Michelle Gellar is that he told her how her character, Helen, doesn't die in the book which is true because I read it (In the book, she just falls out of a window but doesn't die). She said that Helen did die in the book. They kept debating about the stuff. _____________________________________________________________________ Sent by RocketMail. In my high-school, it was tradition for seniors to dress up during the day on Halloween. My best friend and I were Batman and Robin ala the old TV series (I was Batman, of course). Everyone met at a nearby pancake house for early breakfast (6am), then we all went to school, there was a group photo in the gym and then that evening, a big party in the auditorium. My friend and I won for best costume in the team/duo category... Anyway, last I checked, this tradition is still going... This is just a thought: If Angel has a costume that was a human costume, he wouldn't be a vampire anymore (well, just for that episode). Wouldn't that be cool??? _____________________________________________________________________ Sent by RocketMail. Also, Jennifer Love Hewitt is going to be in a chat for TV Guide on OCT. 15 so if you want to ask her something about SMG, you can. _____________________________________________________________________ Sent by RocketMail. Yes, there wasn't an actual scene, but the Master emerged out into the world for the first time when he walked onto the library roof. How did he get there? He took the cellar entrance behind/underneath the stacks, and then took the stairs up to roof access. That's my reasoning. }:)> Chris 2 **Keeper of Xander's Cool** **BABS Loremaster** BABS Homepage: http://www.porter.ucsc.edu/~weasel/BABS/babs.htm "I knew you were lyin'. Undead liar-guy." Xander L. Another example of this is Buffy's line, "...and a stake would be nice!" in School Hard when she's fighting an overzealous vamp. Granted, Buffy did sort of take charge during Parent-Teacher night, especially when she was checking up on the others after she 'dropped in' on Giles and Ms. Calendar. I haven't formulated a solid opinion on where Buffy's sentiments might lie with respect to the Slayerettes, but I get a strong feeling that she does appreciate their help, and does realize that, from time to time, she can't do without their help. }:)> Chris 2 **Keeper of Xander's Cool** **BABS Loremaster** BABS Homepage: http://www.porter.ucsc.edu/~weasel/BABS/babs.htm "I knew you were lyin'. My take on that was yes he was holding himself back. Othertimes we've seen him fight the other vampires, he revealed his "true face" or "game face" depending on either Darla's or Buffy's views on the vamp face.
