OK, here it is again. YOU DO NOT NEED SPOILER SPACE FOR THE EPISODE THAT JUST AIRED! Sorry for shouting, but this has been stated repeatedly. Once an episode aires in its regular broadcast slot (currently Tuesdays 8pm EST), there is no need for spoiler protection. Just please put the episode title in the subject line. In fact, we strongly encourage you *NOT* to put in the spoiler space in this case, since it wastes huge amounts of space in the digests. If you're crossposting to a list that requires spoiler space (PlanetX), then take an extra minute or two to send them out separately, please. Okay, but the Lunar Cycle IS a month. A Lunar Month. And Lunar Months are what we're dealing with when we're dealing with Werewolves. But I suppose that since the characters aren't used to dealing with lunar months on a daily basis, they would just kind of superimpose the lunar clendar over the solar one, making it easier to talk about. I myself use both the lunar and solar calanders on a daily basis and it can get a bit confusing. I like to send these to the entire list because they seem to answer quite a few of the undead questions! Enjoy! -Rayne FRIDAY Sosha, here's the answer. Giles said MOST vamps can survive the judges touch. See, a vamp is a human possessed by a demon. Not pure -- a pure demon has no emotion. But vamps are diluted, they have some human traits (like Spike and Dru, who love each other in their twisted way.) Dalton (the nerd) loved learning and reading and was just too human not too burn. I'm going to write and shoot the last couple of eps, i can't wait. Dredd, Willow sez something along the lines of "The hippo stole your pants", which is a reference to Oz and Willows conversation about animal crackers. TVJ -- long time. The two parter existed before the judge. We knew the important (i.e. Buffy and Angel) stuff and built on that. Fenric: I want Dawson's to be a huge hit cuz we can help each other and I'm a Kevin W fan. I am, however, only human... I have final say on music but others seek it out. No soundtrack on the horizon but someday... KAM, thanks. No, I haven't. I'm trying to learn as much as I can cuz a writer doesn't necessarily have the viual poetry a director does and I need that. But I'm still in the "Uh, what's a lens?" stage. As for how far in advance I plot things out, it's usually about half a season or more -- I'm just figuring out the third season now. It will be DULL! Er, I meant to say cool. SATURDAY All right, Gate. I was watching the final mix before air when I caught that HUGE MISTAKE. No one else caught it but since I CAUSED it I get only tiny shrivelled kudos. So my theory now is that he was having her come over to PRACTICE being a trashy army girlfriend. We'll just run with that, okay? Okay, afew things. Kai [Joss' wife, I think] rhymes with High. We will have reruns for a LONG while but the last four eps will air in MAY, including another two parter, which I will write and shoot. Ty's ep is called PASSION, and lives up to the title. (Unlike the Sondheim show of the same name). [Re: Buffy's dream] Artic: Thank you. That was the most experimental thing I've shot and i'm happy with it. The idea was to show Buffy's heightened awareness of her physicality and the vibrancy of her experience with Angel. So I tried to include both of them and be suggestibve, not exploitive. weird to shhot but I happy. Beck (Chris) did the music, it really heightened it. Anime: Mercedes was in a scene where Cordy and Xander try to broach the idea of dating to their friends. Cordy mentions him to Harmony, who looks and sees him DANCING like a fool for willow. We were long, it's gone, but mercedes is back soon. Now to clear up: Dru's party wasn't for her birthday. It was a coming out party. Cimborn, sporting a tude there, bro. And I don't have a script with Angel's fate in it but I know it well. Southern Girl, Aly kicks. She blew everyone away on friday, you'll see the scene soon. And sad guy, I never role played. (Except for the naughty army girlfriend game, and hey, the outfit looked cute on me.) Whoah, Qs. Okay. I tell people the movie is DIFFERENT from the series, more a broad comedy. BUt I did write it and yes, Stven Root was stellar in it. Buf is younger now so series will have long life. We can have any clothes but we do havre to pay for em. I met Woo on a project I passed on. All = that stuff happened the night before, when Xander and Cordy were out. Teresa got killed the = next night, when the werewolf got away from Buffy, and they caught him the next night. Keep = in mind that in a town full of vamps, there is BOUND to be animal mutilations if they can't find= humans anyway, but I am pretty sure that the attack, and the mutilations were in the same = night. He used his association with her to get her friends to trust= him. (boo hiss) They recognize him from the Bronze and have seen him with Buffy. He uses = her name with her friends, and then uses them to get to her. I have a feeling that= he will try that with alot of her friends. Willow, Giles and Xander know about him, but others = don't. I think that he *will* try and come after them eventually, however. I think that he = will try to hack away at her bit by bit, getting acquantances, and slowly move closer and = closer. He will try to kill everyone she knows and cares about before he goes after her. = That is guaranteed. I think that his showing up was a reminder. It also gave additional angst= to the werewolf hunt, becasue Buffy was so focused on who the werewolf killed, and that = it was her fault (especially after what a**hole the poacher said) that it made Oz frighten= ed to say anything about his situation. I think that he would have told them otherwise. I = mean, Buffy was talking about how she was going to kick some wolfy butt and all, and he = was stressing. He knew he didn't remember any of it, but he also knew he had to stop it = from happening again.
