I've never had to call and place a trade, but when I have called they pick up very fast. Short supply is excellent. I like for my broker to basically be invisible to me. In other words, I can do what I want when I want without any headaches. That's Brown. I'm new to Datek, which is where I have my IRA accounts. Very satisfied so far. Love the real time streaming quotes. I use Medved Quotetracker which I can link to Datek. You can even trade through Medved. I couldn't be happier with my choices. I've never noticed any problems with bid/ask spreads. I'm usually watching real time quotes when I trade and I can see my trade instantly. It goes off at the ask, which is what I want. Is this something that can be easily done with the software = (for those=20 of us that're Web-tech-challenged) or do you need to be a = scripting/webpage=20 design guru like yourself?
