Also, what type of exhaust is that on your steed? It looks the same as mine. The reason I ask is that, other than the discs that say SuperTrapp, there are no other markings that tell me who manufactures the pipe. I've had people tell me its a SuperTrapp 4" Pro and others tell me it's an FMF that's not produced anymore. It doesn't fit up snug against the header pipe's end "ring" well at all so I'm loosing compression. I want to call the manufacturer for a solution, but I don't know which one it is (ST or FMF). This unit was also sold by Baja Designs and Cycle Gear. As for the pipe itself it makes great horsepower too bad they discontinued it. If you don't want yours let me know what you want for it. My header pipe is a White Bros unit that is 1/8" oversize. This may be your problem that you are using the stock headpipe and the fmf exhaust that you have may be for the oversize headpipe. Hope this answers your question Regards, Jesse Kientz http://www.kientech.com/ - -----Original Message----- From: owner-dr@lists.xmission.com [mailto:owner-dr@lists.xmission.com]On Behalf Of ric.aruffo@us.pwcglobal.com Sent: Thursday, April 20, 2000 8:20 AM To: Jesse Kientz www.kientech.com Cc: dr@lists.xmission.com Subject: RE: (dr) Maier MX rear fender Jesse, Do you carry the UFO headlight assembly as well? Ted Bradley, OEM Manager at SuperTrapp/Kerker will probably be doing our sound testing. I will ask that he have tools and parts on hand, so that we can fix any problems. Hope to see you in June.
