This web site http://www.supertt.com/ has more info, including some race scheduling. It also has some information about setting up bikes for SuperTT, and a classified section for sales and trades. I agree with Shayne here that saying because "one person has a loud bike, it makes the rest of us look bad" is a little ridiculous. Obviously you don't ride much dirt because if you did you would be accustomed to the noise that 2-strokes make. I have an FMF Mega4 exhaust on my '95 DR350 and I like riding with the discs off because the power and the noise are incredible. I love that sound! And most other people like it too, because all the other 4 & 2-strokes want to know what type of pipe I have and wish they could get that noise and power. That's not to say that if I ride in an event where a noise restriction is required then I would comply without hesitation. All this said, we in Texas are very fortunate to have private land to ride on so we are not resticted by anyone. If I trail ride at night, or ride in a sponsored event, I will put the discs back on. A couple of months later I put on the vortex airbox, the dirt (pumper) carb, and a Big Gun exhaust (silencer and headpipe) with quiet core and spark arrestor. I also have the race core. It all cost $400. In November, I took the engine out and had White Bros 441cc and cam installed, and I had the head ported by Pro-Action. When I re-installed the engine, I put the stock exhaust back on because I decided that I wanted to be quiet - and I figured that there should still be plenty of power. I was right. If you're interested in buying my Big Gun, let me know, I'm willing to let it go for $150 and I'll pay shipping in 48 states.
