A couple of little things:

-- It may be good to give some context to who Eugene England is. Perhaps
refer to him as "acclaimed Mormon essayist Eugene England"? Or "father of
contemporary Mormon criticism Eugene England"? Those two are off the top of
my head. I'm sure there's a better one out there.

Would the About Irreantum page be a good place to make that connection?

-- I have chosen not to italicize the word "Irreantum" on the site, simply

That's it. Nice work, Chris. I think this gives a good introduction to the
magazine and the website.

PC meets on alternate Toes Days, rather than Weddings Days so I should be there. BTW, there was a great typo in the paper. Eagle Mountain Arts Council resigned, and the story said they had a $49,000 budget. Mayor said at tonight's council meeting it was $9000 (paper had already published a correction.) Apparently when the correspondent was putting the $ sign in she forgot to hold down the shift key. I'm subbing there this month, across the mountain from Saratoga Springs where I've been subbing since end of April. Both cities cover a lot of ground. Saratoga goes 12 miles along the shore of Jordan River and Utah Lake and is a mile or two wide. If you look across the lake at night there are two sets of lights, looks like two cities, and lots on undeveloped land on either side of those two major populations centers. Eagle Mountain covers more land. You drive about 5 miles west from the city limits past a bunch of subdivisions called The Ranches, which look like several small towns, before coming to the sign that points you downtown, which itself is about five miles down Eagle Mountain Rd. There is one little convenience store downtown--at least that's all I've seen. Which means to get to any shopping (Smith's Supermarket) you have to drive 12 miles (the distance between Pleasant Grove and south Provo, or north Skedaddle and Everett) and Lehi is another 4 or 5, and big box retail is another couple miles to American Fork. Eagle Mountain is the same city where the part-time mayor was putting in 50 or 60 hours a week besides his day job and got so exhausted he took off on a rest, and called his wife and told her he had been kidnapped and forced to drive to California, not thinking she'd call the FBI. The city council asked for his resignation a couple months back, but he decided to tough it out. Nice to have something to write about. Wish I'd covered that story. Ok, I finally got ahold of them--I think I had the wrong #. PC meets = on=20 alternate Toes Days, rather than Weddings Days so I should be there. BTW, = there=20 was a great typo in the paper. Eagle Mountain Arts Council resigned, and = the=20 story said they had a $49,000 budget. Mayor said at tonight's council = meeting it=20 was $9000 (paper had already published a correction.) Apparently when the=20 correspondent was putting the $ sign in she forgot to hold down the shift=20 key.

I'm subbing there this month, across the mountain from Saratoga=20 Springs where I've been subbing since end of April. Both cities cover a lot= of=20 ground. Saratoga goes 12 miles along the shore of Jordan River and Utah = Lake and=20 is a mile or two wide. If you look across the lake at night there are two = sets=20 of lights, looks like two cities, and lots on undeveloped land on either = side of=20 those two major populations centers.

Eagle Mountain covers more land. You drive about 5 miles west from the= city=20 limits past a bunch of subdivisions called The Ranches, which look like = several=20 small towns, before coming to the sign that points you downtown, which = itself is=20 about five miles down Eagle Mountain Rd. There is one little convenience = store=20 downtown--at least that's all I've seen. Which means to get to any shopping= =20 (Smith's Supermarket) you have to drive 12 miles (the distance between = Pleasant=20 Grove and south Provo, or north Skedaddle and Everett) and Lehi is another = 4 or=20 5, and big box retail is another couple miles to American Fork.

Eagle Mountain is the same city where the part-time mayor was putting = in 50=20 or 60 hours a week besides his day job and got so exhausted he took off on = a=20 rest, and called his wife and told her he had been kidnapped and forced to = drive=20 to California, not thinking she'd call the FBI.

The city council asked for his resignation a couple months back, but = he=20 decided to tough it out.

Nice to have something to write about. Wish I'd covered that story.

I am basing the pricing on your last order of 500 books with 104 pages plus the cover. The 2/1 cover is bid on the colored index like you have been using. If we go to 4/1, I am bidding on a white sheet because we would be running it on our Indigo digital press which takes specially coated paper. This will be the least expensive route for a full color cover. I can also bid it on the GTO if you want to use a colored sheet. 500 books with 1/1 cover (last order) $1040.70 500 books with 2/1 cover $1267.80 500 books with 4/1 cover $1385.00 White cover (you could build the background color into the file) 500 books with 4/1 cover $1654.00 Colored Index Let me know if you need anything else. If anyone would like to do some writing on LaBute, please contact me at chris.bigelow@unicitynetwork.com. D.
