I went to my closest Kawi dealer today to start bargaining for a new KLR
650. To my surprise the dealer was closed down. I continued on to another
m.c. dealer and asked what had happened. He said the Kawi/Yam owner had sold
all of his stock at very good prices, stiffed his suppliers for 6 mos. and
skipped the country! I guess the timing for my search for a new KLR was a
little late. The dealer was Hayward Yamaha/Kawasaki (N. Cal).

Hmm. that's where I bought mine a few years ago.  I only dealt with them
because they had a used one (a year old).

I recommend you head a bit farther south on 880 and deal with the guys in
Fremont.  I plan on making my next purchase from them.

16,415 miles on it , runs good,looks good. It comes with a Supertrapp,
manuals, a Sharp magnetic tank bag and saddle bags. I'm asking $1600. If

north Mississippi about 20 miles south of Memphis, TN.

Had to wish everybody a happy Yuletide.  I ain't a sort of religious folk,
or whatever, but the significance of Winter on me, and the year that's
passed make me want to say hello to folks.  It's been a rough year for me,
but it's now passed pretty much...  It might well be the time for
reflection, and I can only hope to remember with clarity my life.

I want to wish Universal Happiness and Bright Moments on all the creates of
God's beautiful Earth.  And I wish to the Creator, that we will all just
plain sense a "just-right" feeling of peacefulness and joy throughout the
world.

Once again, Bright Moments and Beauty and Peacefulness throughout the world,
may I take your sorrows, and dash them into pieces.  I can wish only love
for everybody.
