Hi,  Tiff here, just had a little question for anybody who's seen Moby in 
concert in the past few months,  As this will be the first time we get to 
see him live, can someone give me a run-down on what he played when you went 
to see him?  just interested to know whether he plays stuff mainly from 
Play, or a wide variety off all his albums, I certainly hope its the latter! 
  Just to be able to hear the so many different and creative musical sides 
that is Moby, would be thuuper!.
Hope everyone is happier today.....  OH yeh, and Paul,  you SHOULD come to 
New Zealand, its beautiful!! (just wait till summer tho!)

P.S, I missed what the knob touch game was? sounds amusing,  anyone care to 
fill me in?    oh yeh, and once again,  if anybody has access to the Q-mag 
interview? (written content this time, for I have seen much of the sock-shot 
;)   Cant find it over here, would like a read....

UMMM....but....DJPAUL iZ a teen....and HE thinks it would be kewl too...and

okay... so i've been on this list for years and haven't posted as much now
as i did in the past- but anyone who has been on this list as long as me or
longer knows that this list goes through trends... and right now it's
fighting over petty crap.  this will die down in the next couple of days.
we are one big moby family that has it's feuds... u learn to move on and
ignore.

for all the new ppl who have joined this list, like serge, i apologize for
the pettiness of this all.  it's a common occurance, but it is definitely
not the reason to quit this list.

without this list, i would never know of moby happenings.  as for the "teeny
bopper" posts... so what?  we all have our obsessions, and we can all become
giddy little kids in a toy store.  it's human nature.  so i ask u to not
judge this list by the # of petty posts it receives but rather value it for
the information it contains.

as for second generation mobility lists- why r ppl becoming concerned?  this
has happened before, and it will happen again.  but... we always seem to
come back....

and to answer your questions serge- the moby.org website is usually up to
date on tour dates and such for concerts...  that is my source of info, as
well as this list.

so... i think that we all need to just mellow out- enjoy the weekend and not
fight over things said over an email list.  these comments have been said
before, and these fights have happened before... and they will always
happen.  personally, i'm kinda glad to see the # of posts the "moby's
girlfriend" topic received... this list still has a pulse... it just needs a
little diversity at times to get the blood pressure up.  :)

but i will now go back to just lurking and reading and gathering
information.... i hope that this truly has not upset anyone.. but as a
person who has been on this list for a couple of years- i've seen this
happen before and i don't want anyone new to think that this is all that we
do.

Since the success of Play, sex is the one area of Moby's life that seems to have undergone a real change-so much so that rumours have drifted back to the UK that, despite being a 34-year-old bald vegan, he is currently "hopping on like the Easter Bunny". OK, I'm sick of typing!  But the rest is mainly talking about ads.  It mentions that he pronounces Glastonbury as "Glaston-berry".  How are you supposed to pronounce it?  Q is $7.50 in the U.S.  I buy it every month anyway though.  American music magazines usually don't have a very good sense of humor.

Heh, there's an ad for Paul Simon's greatest hits.  It's called Paul Simon, Greatest Hits, Shining Like a National Guitar.  Hah!  That's awful.   I love Paul Simon though.
