I'd enjoy seeing Moby work with Marilyn Manson, Tom Jones, and/or Willie Nelson.
 
In all seriousness, however, and choosing from your list, I'd pick Reznor.  That would amount to some seriously awesome expiremental shit!  I find your other choices to be, well, a little bland.  All of them, even Reznor are all notorious remixing machines anyway.  Maybe something unconventional?
