I left at about 12:30am but I guess the filming went on til 6am!! According to one of the Foby's (I guess it stands for fake Moby but that's what they were calling 5 bald head Moby look-alikes who seemed to be in the video-) they started shooting Friday at 9am. So I guess they had to finish in 2 days or so. It was pretty fun but the majority of the 'extras' were professional extras so to speak and could care less about being in a Moby video. I met about 5 or 6 Moby fans and it was real fun. There was a lot of sitting around (from 1:30 pm til about 8 pm everyone did nothing) and they film maybe 10 minutes every hour after they get started. It was a unique experience and I got to meet Moby. Didn't say much to him just wished him luck on his new cd. I never know what to say when I meet the guy who I've been a major fan of since 93... Hello everyone, It's been a long... long time since I've written. As always, I apologize. I am writing to inform you that this mailing list will be making a change in operations shortly. Namely, the software that Mobility operates through (Majordomo) will be cast aside for a new system called Mailman. In general, Mailman will make this mailing list easier for me to operate and easier for you to use. Specifically on my behalf, maintaining user accounts and performing administrative tasks will become simple and more-so automated. So with this comes a WARNING... everyone will need to be diligent in preventing their mailboxes or their personal email accounts from becoming full. In the past, users could get away with this for an extended period of time. Now, your address will be automatically unsubscribed from this mailing list after a set number of emails have been sent back because of problems with your account. However, you will be able to better customize the mailing list by designating how many or how often you receive emails. Emails can still be received one by one or in digest sizes that fit your needs better. This change will take place before the end of the week. I have decided to move everyone's email addresses myself rather than making you do it alone. You will likely receive an email that requires you to make some decisions as to how you want your account to work. The setup is quite simple and I don't anticipate many problems.
