I always wanted to try to go online with my PS2, but Sony has yet to send a second shipment of Network Adapters to my area.
It's a plot by me to ruin your Xmas.

What PS2 games are online anyway? The only ones I know of are Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 & 4, Madden 2003, Twisted Metal: Black - Online, and the Broadband only SOCOM. I'm no big fan of football, aside from the 2K series, and I only buy those when they become dirt cheap (which it seems the PS2 and GameCube versions of NFL 2K3 are $20 already, but I'm holding out for the XBOX version), but even then, there has to be no other game I want before I get a new football game. Pro Skater 3 I have on the PS2, but I heard that you can't play "Horse" online, which takes the fun out of that. TMB - Online, you get that free with the Network Adapter but by mail, and it's only 2 player dial-up and 8 player broadband, which sounds just plain silly, and gives me no incentive to really want a Network Adapter for that. I mean geeze, that (TMB - O) is pathetic, especially compared to the online games that could be done on the Dreamcast which was mainly dial-up. Also, it looks like Auto Modellista is going to be broadband only, and I don't know of any other net games on the PS2. Big disappointment that the PS2 version of Marvel vs. Capcom 2 isn't online, and same with GameCube's Capcom vs. SNK 2 EO. I really can't understand why Capcom didn't at least give those features that originated in the Dreamcast to their latest re-releases of Naomi fighting games. But if I did have broadband, I'm sure there's no question as to what console I'd be taking online (if I could afford it). Trey

I expected some sort of cinematic, maybe one that lasted 5 minutes at least but I was hoping for something longer than an approximate 45 seconds.
