RPG). and (yes friends) SSB was my favorite fighter, although there is much room for improvement. when i'm pressing 3000 buttons a minute, i'm not particularly worried about music. but in BK, the music was very lush, and it really accented the feeling of the game. But I can't access both Gameshark.com or GSCCC (dial up conspiracy) to get the full info. You need a Gameshark version 2.2 or higher to use it. Just turn on your Gameshark with a game that doesn't use a Keycode, I use Goldeneye, and go to the Keycode menu. Select the code that's used for 1080. But make sure you have 1080. Because you must power off the system and turn it back on with 1080 in the Gameshark. You won't be able to use the Gameshark until you turn it on with 1080. There's a difference between them, and it's not that one is worse than the others, SSB has a very different feel than traditional fighters. Street fighter and Soul Calibur are really not easy to pick up. Sure, you can do fairly cool moves by mashing buttons (this is particularly true of Soul Calibur), but you cannot say you have "mastered" the game or really know what you are doing until you learn long lists of moves and combos, whihc are different for each character. In Smash Bros., you can know all the moves within a week or two, and then be able to use whatever fighter suits your style. All the button-sequences are the same, the only thing that varies between the characters are the nature of the special attacks, and their speed/throw/weight attributes. I realize this is pretty much falling on deaf ears with Trey, but just because you don't like a game doesn't make it "poo." Incidentally, what pleasure exactly do you take out of dredging up old worn-out arguments like SSB and BK? Do you really have nothing better to do? It seems the days leading up to Crazy Taxi are getting slower and slower. And my Smart Joy Pad 2 USB is on 2 weeks backorder. So that's an even longer wait. Light Sabres drop out of the sky, Clefaries throw eggs at you, bob-ombs explode. You have to work with it and somehow come out on top of your three opponents. The winning is determined by the player's ability to improvise, and not so much how well they have studied the moves list.
