The tribals are a different story. (ARRRRRRRRRRRHHHHHH, I hate those fuzzy little ewok try hards) They are a really lame tie in to the game because all they are is an objective which will get you a (1) space ship part. There are 11 other parts of the ship to collect through out the game and this one is the most annoying. Collect all the tribals from all the levels and go to the king in the "palace" (where the broken space ship is) and he will give you the part. The only thing Floyd does is the floyd missions. However, a second player can control him by pressing start. this is a good concept on paper however in the game, because you can't control the direction Floyd is facing, when player one moves alot (which always happens) it can get disorienting. But it is not too bad. Use a guide though as you be forever looking for tribals (usually with the wrong character!) > -----Original Message----- > From: Uncle Jingle [SMTP:uncle_jingle@hotmail.com] > Sent: Tuesday, May 23, 2000 7:25 PM > To: n64@lists.xmission.com > Subject: RE: [N64] Jet Force Gemini help > > Thanks for the help. Perfect Dark, the farther you get into it, really starts to shine. Right in the beginning though, I was very turned off. Especially the way Rare really over used the light effects in the first few levels. But I don't know...back a few years ago, Goldeneye was such a great game for me. This just feels like it's being added on to, while not losing the original flavor. So I'm able to see past the framerate, which yes, is pretty pathetic (even in low-res that I play in, if this would be better...boy, this game would be near perfect). And yes, you can play deathmatches with bots right in the beginning. There's a cool challenge type mode where there are a bunch of seperate challenges for the multiplayer aspect of the game....starts out just normal eliminating opponents, then you move on to practicing the games, like King of the Hill and a sort of Capture the Flag. Just a well rounded game that for the most part lived up to its hype. Wez "Moody, Luke" wrote: > Come on Wez. Tell us the truth.
