For the devastator all you have to do is right off the bat put the gun in "wall hugger" mode by holding B. Let the middle target closest to you go to the very back wall and then come back towards you again. While its getting closer what you have to do is fire the gernade at it so that it will stick to the target and explode when it goes back to the targets at the far end of the gallery. Killing the other two targets that are moving should be easy, all you have to do is switch back over to gernade launcher and fire away. As far as the AR-34 is concerned, that should be easy too. All you have to do is make sure to duck down as far as you can so that you can barely see over the counter. Aim with "R" and ONLY shoot at it when it has stoped on the left and right side. For some reason when you are crouched down like this you get an automatic 4 times increase in bulls-eyes. Its really weird but it works marvellously. If you don't understand or need help with any other guns, let me know... BTW, for all you having trouble with the reaper, you also have to duck down really low and shoot from an angle since the bullets spray everywhere you have more of a chance for stray bullets to nail the other targets. Let me know how this works out for you guys.
