Is it just me, or does that MagSec 4 really bite? >-Eric- SPOILER: infiltrate Area 51 (Perfect agent) This works for me every time. Firstly wait until the mission cutscene shows the antenna, then start the mission and disarm the two dopes with their back to you (don't worry about the sentry gun). Now run to the end of the pathway killing the 2 guards (at this point I try and make sure that I've got 3 grenades). Take out the sentry gun (don't get hit) and then move slowly around the next corner until you see the other sentry gun, erase it. Now heres the tricky bit, arm you magsec and peek around the corner and fire off a volley of shots at the tower guards (keep hiding for cover), eventually they'll be no more. Now head for the top of the slope and wait until the lone guard brings his chums, shoot all three. Right, see the opening in the fence, wipe out the landmines (I'm sure you've done this before). Enter that small opening and then pick off the 2 blokes by peeking around the corner, then destroy the hover bike with your magsec. Take out the 3 sentry guns, pick up the pass dropped by the hoverbike technician and activate the lift on the right. Wait until the door opens then er.......kill them, arm yourself with their rifles and take the lift down, fire a shot a one of the guards and ride the lift back up and take cover. When the 3 or so guards exit the lift end their existance. Now take the bunker ladder down and pick up any grenades you find and chuck one into the control room near all those laser generators.....alarms should now ring so wait for the 2 guards to appear (deal with them) . Enter the control room and finish of any of the laser generators and plant the explosives. Exit the bunker and head back towards that guard tower on the other side of the wall. Head towards the end of the tunnel and get a few shots at the sentry gun, be aware of the guard with grenades though. Kill the 4/5 guards in the area and head towards the comms tower, equip your rocket launcher and take out the last sentry gun. Lower the sat' dish and affix the bug. Quickly arm a 4 second grenade (if you have one, otherwise use the rifle you picked up earlier), and chuck it towards the door-way, thus killing at least 2 of the guards. Once they're dead destroy the hover drones to complete that objective. Don't worry almost done. Right, head back to the lift and take it down and be one the lookout for about 3/4 guards. Once they're dealt with take the next lift at the end of the hanger to the next level, let the guards see you and close the doors and ride back up. Exit the lift and wait for the D*cks to appear, kill them and go back down. Note: This always seems to work in levels with lifts i.e. let them see you then runaway, take cover and shoot). Now in this hanger the music will change to something more pacey, now face back to the lift and kill the 2 that appear. Carefully shoot the remaining guards (3 I think) on the ground level, and exit through the doors..................Finished (hope I didn't miss anything). Well that wasted 1/2 hour at work........anything else. ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com [ To quit the n64 mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe n64" ] [ (without the quotes) to majordomo@xmission.com ] [ To quit the n64 mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe n64" ] [ (without the quotes) to majordomo@xmission.com ] ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 18 Jul 2000 14:13:22 EDT From: EYEMSEAN@aol.com Subject: Re: [N64] PD Area 51 help The duel is pretty much . . . . a duel it's pretty easy even on perfect agent just turn around and kill the guy. Craig Harris of IGN Pocket has a review for the English version of the second movie, which, apparently, he thinks is worse than the English version of Mewtwo Strikes Back (well, he did like that movie). If the translation i= s this bad, I now have much fear about the future. pocket.ign.com: Pok=E9Monday BTW, I do like MSB better in Japanese than Revelation Lugia. - -Eric- [ To quit the n64 mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe n64" ] [ (without the quotes) to majordomo@xmission.com ] [ To quit the n64 mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe n64" ] [ (without the quotes) to majordomo@xmission.com ] ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 18 Jul 2000 14:21:37 -0500 From: "ROBOTICK" Subject: Re: [N64] Speed of l... Rockets Not in this lifetime. Who flies rockets through ventilation shafts? Anyway, I can see that no one is going to set up a challenge, and that doesn't bug me, but it does bug me that you can't trust me enough to believe that I didn't know about that function. What a trivial argument; nevermind the whole thing. I am quite a good pilot, though. I'm still stumped about something you mentioned earlier, Dave. You said something about speeding up the rocket also? How? I've tried all the simple button combos I know, and I don't think they'd make it that complicated if it is a function. - ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dave Rhodes" So without speed control you can make a 90 degree turn with a rocket in a vent shaft?
