I got a power pack (Interact...the one with the little stand) with my Ebworld bundle but wasn't sure if you could play it with the AC plugged into the power pack or if the plug was simple for charging.  I would look at the instructions except I accidentally cut them in half when I cut open the plastic.  Also, at the time, I did not realize that the GBA did not have a separate port for the AC adaptor....by the time I realized it, I had already thrown the packaging in the dumpster.

you couldn't see the reflection of the light itself or some horrible glare
on the screen.  Also, I don't want a bunch of gizmos attached to my GBA,

Same here. I was THIS CLOSE to getting a satellite modem for Christmas, but
the HUGE extra fees were ridiculous. My parents think anything other than AOL
won't give you email, instant messages, favorite places, etc. I tell them we

I think backlighting is something that will simply come with the next
generations. Look at the GBA: 15 hours off of two AA batteries. That is
fucking amazing, especially when you consider nary a few years ago the GBC
could only get 10 hours out of the same power. So I think eventually Nintendo
will find a way to make a backlit screen plausible with, say, maybe four
batteries.

Does anyone remember the GB Light, the Japan-only backlit Game Boy Pocket?
That allowed you to play GB either normally or with the light. I think if you

I used it today.  It can be played plugged into the wall, although it's
pretty uncomfortable.  But then, I left it in for a while, then took it with
in the car.  I think that's one of the best accessories for GBA.  Works great.
