Manic and Sonya were in the series "Sonic Underground," which was on around 1999 or 2000 (I think). I've never seen it, but from what I've heard, it sucks. SatAM has nothing to do with Sonic Underground. Main characters on SatAM were Sonic, Tails, Princess Sally Acorn, Bunnie Rabbot, Rotor, Antoine, Dulcy, Dr. Robotnik, and Snively. The roboticizer (not sure if it was in Sonic Underground) was a machine Robotnik stole that turns animals into worker robots. It was one of his main weapons in taking over the kingdom of Mobotropolis, ruled by King Acorn. Frankly, I'd still like it if SEGA made a videogame based on them. It's just that now it's probably not going to happen, seeing as how the show's been off the air for about 7 years now. But, seeing as how it's going to be on DVD, maybe support from fans could help the series. Only time will tell now. - -Satoshi _________________________________________________________________ Join the world’s largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com [ To quit the NGamers mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe ] [ NGamers" (without the quotes) to majordomo@xmission.com ] ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 2 Feb 2002 20:30:31 -0800 (PST) From: Trey Table Subject: Re: [NG] Sonic Adventure 2 - --- Eric C wrote: > >From: Trey Table > >Reply-To: NGamers@lists.xmission.com > >To: NGamers@lists.xmission.com > >Subject: Re: [NG] Sonic Adventure 2 > >Date: Sat, 2 Feb 2002 14:00:50 -0800 (PST) > > > > > > > >I don't think anybody knows what you'retalking > about. > >WTF is a "roboticizer" anyway? With the release of the Robotech series on DVD (3 more days until discs 11 & 12 come out) there are new Robotech games coming out. So there's a chance that something could happen. ===== ** Dave ** super_trey_bros@yahoo.com "If you love someone, you don't want them to suffer. You want to take their sufferings on yourself. To fight them, let the storm take you, then, before you're sent back to the beginning, use the psynergy "Douse." Once it takes affect, you'll fall to the bottom of the storm and fight. A few other tips I can give: *MORE POSSIBLE SPOILERS* (if you want to find out for yourself, don't read) there are two giant sand storms later in the desert, one white and the other red. The white one is the boss. The red one (found on the same path as the Djinni, use "Reveal") is a h*ll of a lot tougher. However, if you let this storm take you, you'll reach a secret island. I went back to the sand village and questioned everybody and I figured out that I had to use water (DOUSE), but I was just standing next to it and nothing happened. It finally clicked when the ONE LADY told me that there is time to do something once it grabs you...I snapped and went down and starting beating the tornado lizards. I ran across the red storm lizard and it kicked my tail because I wan't fully prepared...but I'm about to correct that! :) Hey thanks! Yup, you're right, my two picks out of the four are Mario Sunshine and Resident Evil. Eternal Darkness looks too blocky tgo me for some reason, and it just doesn't look like something i'd want to play. Starfox, on the other hand, looks fantastic. But it looks to be a platformer by the way it looks, and I'm not a big fan of Rare platformers, aside from Wizards & Warriors, after what they had on the N64. However, there are supposedly a few things that Europeans are getting before us. I believe Resident Evil is supposed to arrive there before here. Plus, there's supposed to be about 20 games at launch, and price about 250 euro. Right after Zelda, Mario, and Star Fox Adventures. Animal Planet on the other hand, doesn't really interest met at all. Why? Does that Crocodile Hunter Steve scare you? Oh wait, you were referring to Animal Leader. ;-) I know it doesn't seem to be for everyone, but it could be interesting. Along with Doshin the Giant, one I forgot to mention. Then, Tomato Adventure, an RPG starring..... well, tomatos. :-) Nintendo's got so much cool stuff available; why can't they give us some of it? :-( - -Satoshi _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp.
