No, I'm not scared of mice (more like the Resident Evil spiders). I just don't like the way those mice look in that game. Ah well, getting off topic here. Mainly, whichever system has the better games is, as it always has been, entirely subjective. I always choose the Nintendo system first because I prefer Nintendo's games to practically all others (where else could I get Pikmin?) ;-) Like I said, I'll probably get a PS2 as well sometime in the future for things like Jak and Daxter or Devil May Cry. Currently anticipating: Star Fox Adventures Eternal Darkness Animal Forest + Resident Evil Metroid Prime This will be a great year; guaranteed. :-) - -Satoshi _________________________________________________________________ Join the world’s largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com [ To quit the NGamers mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe ] [ NGamers" (without the quotes) to majordomo@xmission.com ] ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 18 Feb 2002 01:16:43 -0600 From: Don Fentie Subject: Re: [NG] XBOX is better than Gamecube Better at making money does not even neccessarily correlate with better at making games. So right now in USA: ps2 is #1, xbox is second, gc is 3rd. Sadly it is true. If you think of world wide numbers, ps2 is #1, GC is 2nd, Xbox is 3rd. Imho Xbox was able to ship more units during the christmas season than the gc. Both xbox and gc were sold out everywhere almost. Even as of today, Feb 18th, there's still a shortage of gamecube. As much as I hate the xbox, I have to admit that they have won the first battle here in US. I'm quite surprised that they have sold more than 1 million units here as a new system. They have produce great games like halo, DoA3, wreckless, etc. Now for the Japan Launch in Feb.22.2002. I wish they will fail. Yes, I really do wish they would fail not because they are Microsoft. Because I don't want nintendo to be 3rd place. I wish nintendo would become #1 again or atleast stay in second place. Let hope this RE series would help sell more gamecube systems. - -Vi On Mon, 18 Feb 2002, Don Fentie wrote: > Better at making money does not even neccessarily correlate with better > at making games. > > > Better at selling systems.
