I have been a console player for many years, and just bought a pc with 3dfx and all the bells and whitles. The graphics in most games are SUPER, but the control is always poor. Just try to name 1 driving game with decent physics, ala Gran Turismo. There are none. Control is never as good on a $4000 dollar pc as it is on my 129.95 dollar console. Someday (PSX2 or dreamcast) maybe we can start to get both. That's one point I definitely agree on. The biggest problem with computers is compatibility with software. My brand new computer last december will probably not be compatible with a lot of the much newer games comin' out by the end of this year. Oh well! Well...I'm keepin' my eyes peeled now for Extreme-G 2. That was the other major game that I was lookin' out for. So...three great games in one month...what am I goin' to do? I only have two pay cheques this month and one will be going to a new set of Altec Lansing speakers for my computer...damn. I do have my Zelda 64 copy reserved at Wal-Mart, and I know everyone that works in the Home Electronics department...so as soon as they get them in, I'll know. Hehehehehe....friends in high places. - -Ian Dickson Blasted_1 of the Black Hand http://www.geocities.com/TimesSquare/Portal/5158 >Better in what respects? Not compatibility, I'm afraid.
