The "normal" 12" doesn't have it on. To get the Scourge of the Earth mix, you need to promo cd which has the short mix on, or the blue sleeve version 12". BTW the longer mix is only 4:52, compared to about 3:50. Eil.com have them both. It clocked in at two seconds shorter than 40 mins in any case. You could still release a 40 minute [or 20 minute now] or above track as a single, it just won't count towards chart sales....... I think as smiley said before, the single [each one] can't exceed 20 mins or 3 tracks. And I think you are limited to 3 formats i.e. 12" CD and tape or 2 CD's and a 12" as Once More was.
