Yeah, that's it.

If everyone who got those messages (there were at least two) would contact
(800) JUNO-889 and complain about being spammed, it might h*lp.  Juno is a
free system, so it is difficult to control spammers, but generally companies
have a no tollerance policy when it comes to this kind of thing.

Nevermind the fact that this is my WORK address.  I'm only s*bscribed to the
lists here to monitor things.  Getting religous stuff here is Not Cool.


Grrr.

If anyone has any further questions, concerns or suggestions, please contact

Leave it to Brenda to make things difficult <g>...

The departure of Vanessa Marcil from GH and the subsequent
discussion of it on the Port Charles list has brought up a
matter which Taiyin and I have been meaning to attend to
for some time.  As such, we've decided to revise the
spoiler rules as they are included in the list rules:  

1) henceforth, discussion of the comings and goings of
actors (ie VM is leaving; so and so is being recast and the
new actor is...) will NOT be spoilers, and do not require
spoiler space

2) advance information about the comings and goings of
CHARACTERS (ie "I have it on good authority that Brenda is
leaving PC to pursue her life-long dream of becoming a
character in Disney's Main Street Parade") WILL be
spoilers, and should be prefaced by twelve lines of
characters or non-spoiler information.

If you've got any questions, please let us know.

Los Angeles channel 7 version will be shown from 1-1:30am tonight. If you
are in some other area, just call your station and ask what time it will =
be
shown.

ABC San Francisco reran it at 1:00 PM.

Lotta good that does people who only see their soap by virtue of their VCR
timer.

Subject: GH/PC: Did the bombing getcha down?

Hi guys:

Wow, I must be pretty darn lucky. Here in Michigan, I was able to view
PC and GH in their entirety. So, for those who got to listen to reports
praddle on and on....

Brief PC recap:

Lark denies that she has EVER visited Greg Cooper. She says that someone
must have paid the doctor to say that in order to frame her. 

Frank visits Kevin re: Greg & Susanne Madison, and they discuss the
clues, blah blah blah. Just as Frank is saying that Lark and Julie are
taking the fall for someone else's crimes, Victor comes in and says,
"Don't you mean YOUR crimes?" He believes Frank is the murderer because
he is simply too innocent. He thinks "defending" Lark & Julie is a
cover-up... as he runs the facts by Frank (saying "Nothing personal"),
Frank gets REALLY angry and storms out of the Lighthouse. Kevin thinks
Victor may be on the right track, but he doesn't want to eliminate the
Cooper/Madison connection. Victor, upon hearing that Cooper & Lark's mom
are in the hospital together, has a PLAN! :) I just have to quote some
dialogue here:

Victor: (eyes lighting up): You should have me committed!
Kevin: Don't tempt me.

Victor goes on to say that Kevin will have him committed to the same
hospital, saying he has slipped back into whatever state he was in "way
back when", and then he can talk to Cooper & Susanne and get info.

MEANWHILE...

Karen approaches Mary and thanks her profusely for letting her wear the
family ring. She goes on and on and on (and on and on and on) about how
much it means to her, etc, etc, etc. Mary is... shocked. Appalled.
Upset. SHE then praddles on with a speech about how that ring means
committment and that saying your vows is FOREVER. She all but says that
Karen is a tramp. 

Karen, upset, confronts Joe about not telling his mom. They talk- all is
cool between them by the end of the scene.

Mary and Joe have it out... big fight. She points out that he won't be
able to marry in the church, blah blah blah, lots of hot-head Joe stuff.
(I'm sorry, I'm not really into this plot line) It ends with Joe
storming away saying he'll never consult her again.

BACK AT THE FIREHOUSE...

Serena wakes up and, when Scott won't carry her down, feigns a tummy
ache and decides to go back to bed. Just then, Courtney & Neil arrive
for a visit. Serena is suddenly feeling better, but still won't come
downstairs. She and Neil play in her room, while Courtney and Scott have
a heart-felt and sincere (never thought I'd use those words with
Courtney) conversation about dealing with an unhealthy child. She
instructs him to use "tough love" and to stay strict. If you put the
kids in charge, they get scared-- that's not a great position for a
child.

Neil & Courtney leave, and Serena once again asks for Scott to come get
her. He refuses, saying she is smart girl and can do it by herself. She
pulls all sorts of emotional blackmail. "I pinky swear I'll learn
tomorrow.."   "Daddy, I'm scared..."  "Daddy, please help me..." and
ends with   "If you don't carry me downstairs, then I won't eat!"
Scott says (and I applaud him! *clap*) "Suit yourself" and she goes back
to bed.

I haven't watched my GH tape yet. :( Working on it!

Ok, well I guess that whole car bomb thing reminded everyone of another =
time in GH history.  Did they have to have Robin wearing almost the =
exact same clothes?  Did they have to have Jason turn and wave the same =
way Sonny did, and did they have to have the exact same music? Also the =
scene today with Robin taking Michael up the stairs and waving ; Does =
that remind anyone of another scene when Sonny was imagining Lilly with =
his baby? What exactly was the point to this little reenactment? If =
anyone has an opinion I would be happy to hear it. Also when is Carly =
coming back?
