     Hey Dogs,
     
     Got this e-mail from one of our resellers and just wanted to run it by 
     the gang to see if the statements are true and if so, are we looking 
     to support the full capabilities of Class 2.0 faxing any time soon in 
     either Quads or later revs of Hiper DSP code?

     Eric,
     Can you verify if USR supports all of the features in Class 2 for 
     faxing.
     This is what my customer had to say about USR.
     
     "I'm really not happy with USR right now, they have
     chosen not to implement a lot of the optional features in the Class 
     2.0 spec.  The big one is the ability to convert faxes of different 
     types and resolutions.  The EIA 592 spec specifies this functionality 
     but USR does not implement it."

We are looking to improve the Fax capabilities provided by the HiPer DSP over 
that of the Quad.  

The statement made is likely true.  

Please stay tune since.  Fax is a critical focus for the HiPer DSP.
