I do agree with Shannon that if someone did= something to me I would probley gain justice through my own ways rather= than wait for the legal justice system . But the point I was making about= Tucker is I feel if the death penalty is given why do we put them on death= row for so long of an period and then have to feel like we actually did= something wrong in carrying out the sentence . I think if the state= decides to use the death penalty then it should be done when they are= still within that frame of mind (still remembering what they did ) not= when they have had time to repent for what they did . I still wouldnt want= to be the one to put the needle in her arms though . I havent been able to= do that as an nurse even though I have been asked to .
