Any creative ideas on what to do with an Altoids box. I can't bring myself to throw them out. Somebody must have some neat idea of what to do with them. I am new to stamping and can be easily > swayed...... Please keep in mind that HALOSystem classic also uses clear acrylic mounts with recessed hook strips. There is *still* near full visibility with the commercial HALOSystem. I hadn't realized *that* until this week. The Loop section attached to the back of the dies is said by most users to make additional cushion unnecessary. I wanna go HALOSystem, but it'll cost a bit, so it'll be a while before I do a total conversion. Until then, I have my 4" x 6" plain clear acrylic mounts (50-cents each from a custom plastic shop) and glue stick and loops of cellophane tape. I'm 40um..2, and I have 2 kids, a girl 13 and a boy 10, both of 'em brilliant and polite and interesting and well-mannered and funny (ok.. 10yo boys are mostly only funny cuz their attempts at humor are so.. un-funny but still..) and perfectly behaved without a hint of sibling rivalry, at least 5% of the time. the rest of the time they're 'bout what you'd expect outta 13yo gal and 10yo boy. the girl lives to play soccer, for the highschool in winter/spring, for her club in the summer/fall, and wherever she can find a game or a practice or a camp the rest of the year. the boy lives to play computer games. I been stampin' for not long, um.. maybe 10 months? although I've had a couple stamps far longer, and I really do more acquirin' of stuff than I do stampin' even yet. I'm.. not employed, haven't worked for pay since my daughter was born, 'cept for one day of training when she was 8 months old, on the off chance I ever found a babysitter that suited me (hasn't happened yet) and went back to work, and a couple days jury duty in november. I got 2 evil cats, they were 3 superbowl sunday. (since we don't know their real birthday, that's when it is.. they get a can of tuna when the national anthem is over). they're both black, and yesterday was one of their most favoritest days.. we're not superstitious, but they wish we were. um.. and I'm 'bout as lazy as person can be and still breathe, so is a good thing shannon lives long way from me, and I'm WAY behind on these notes! anno This message was from "anno" - -- The rubberstampers mailing list is proudly sponsored by the Dueling Modems Arts & Crafts Forum.
