It is scheduled to be published by The National Library of Poetry in a book called The Hand of Destiny in may 1998. Priority I find my wealth in my family From my children comes my pride I don't need material things For my family to stay by my side I don't have furs or diamonds I don't need them anyway How could I do what I need to Like color, paint, and clay For I know that my children love me Not for the things that I've bought But by my living I will show them Life is more than what you've got Real living comes from loving Loving everyone, everyday If you have a love for life Not anyone can take that away I'll live for now for my family Because I have a very special job In it I get paid very well For I am a stay-at-home mom. I went through my "stash" and shared some of my favorite fun stuff with you, adding little notes here and there to spark your creativity. I had fun putting it together! This goodies swap was a great idea, wasn't it? I am utilizing the items Michele sent me to finish up some swaps, it's fun to have new and different supplies to work with! I enjoyed reading your enthusiastic post. That package of goodies didn't cost me anything except for postage and your message gave me a "heart-stretch" and a smile. Thank YOU! Had to have been written by a man? Actually, you might be surprised. My stand has been that we need to give special consideration for the weaker members of society and that pregnancy and handling small children places one in that category. Other responses in the past two days, many from women, take a strong stand against this. I am, by the way, very much a man. It's important not to judge a person in advance based on an irrelevant matter. To judge in advance is to prejudge which the definition of prejudice. - --Chris McEwen reply to: Socrates Press socrates@sprintmail.com - -----Original Message----- From: KCHaga Subject: Re: RS: TAN: Parking spaces? >> through. I had a broken collarbone and shoulder, so I couldn't type (or stamp : ( ). I still can't type much, sorry for the poor descriptions. #1 My first RAK ever was from Christine Cox. Beautiful Valentine! #2 Wonderful cat bookmark from Kathleen McCaffrey #3 Stamping "Looney" woman from Giggles (This came the day they told me 4 weeks without stamping! It really helped). #4 Really pretty valentine from Linda Israel 9 (If you read this, Linda, where did you get the fan stamp in the corners?) #5 Last, but definetely not least, a vellum valentine from Marci Williams. It is so pretty! Thanks again for all of your cards. They have really been a joy to receive. Now, since I can start stamping again (only 30 minutes a day!), I need to start sending some RAK's of my own!
