Ok you guys...if you get some of those Iris chests, both the big 6 drawer jobbies, and the handy 3 drawer desk ones...put different things in different drawers...everything is within reach and you have lots of room to work..or a bookshelf and lots of those clear shoebox size storage boxes. Pens in one drawer, pearl ex in a drawer, scissors in one, adhesives (all kinds) in one, etc....combine items as necessary to get everything organized, things you use together can go in one drawer (i.e. charms & buttons) go to Walmart/KMart and get empty clear film containers to keep these little treasures in so they are neat in the drawer. Label everything so its easy to grab what you're looking for! Its so much faster to play when you can lay your hands on everything and you don't have to clear a workspace first! And when you're done, toss everything in its drawer and boom...you're ready for next time! Costco literature organizer also doubles as a shelf, you can put binders of ums or catalogs on top. Has to do with occupied countries during WWII. The Norwegians originally wore red (I think) to symbolize their support for Jews during the war, but after that was figured out, they started wearing paper clips on their lapels--a less recognizable way to show support. That was eventually found out also, but this week of recognition is to remember their efforts. Thought it might be fun to have a swap that utilized paper clips, maybe if I can find who's doing the organizing of it, we could send an extra of each card to them! Anyway, let me know if you're interested--would have to have cards by first of April, probably to get there--will ask my Bro. if he can get address as it was in a mag. at Mom's that I read about it.
