When you're finished = ripping the outside shape of the envelope, you place the 2nd part of the = template (which mimics the actual card to be inserted in the completed = envelope) in the hole, remove the main template piece and then fold the = envelope shape around this new piece. If you center this piece, and keep = it centered, you'll have great 90 degree folds. Leslie "Finger Print-cess" >>> Jim & Kari 03/09/98 06:00pm >>> I have two sets of templates for making envys. I trace them, cut them = out, use one of those bone thingies to score and then fold. Ok, here's my problem!=20 I can never get 4 90 degree angles! It's always weird. And then those templates where all of the corners and and bends are ROUNDED??? FORGET IT!!! I can't figure out where to score the darn things!!! I'm saying this more with laughter than with frusteration but what are = your favorite templates to use for envies and let me know where to get them! = I'm about to throw these out to the ravens!! My hubby recently had to phone ATI technology for some computer support service. We just got the phone bill, and the call was for 30 minutes and $28.50!! I phoned the phone company and was told that calls to Canada are 95 cents per minute except on Sats and Sundays. First...we had NO idea we were calling Canada. The only thing we dialed was 1-905-882-2626. NO CLUE THERE!! Second...we were never told at anytime we were calling Canada. Third...had we known it was Canada, we would have purchased a calling card from the local store, as the rates are 49 cents per minute. I am very MAD about this. My long distance company already got an ear full, and the supervisor's boss will tomorrow, also. I feel ripped off!! I asked what happened to the 2 or 3 digit code you used to have to dial to go out of country. She said, you no longer do that for Canada, and England. I find that hard to swallow, though I won't test it to find out for sure. She also said that we should eventually expect most countries to get on our calling plans so we would never know where we are calling. I just wanted to warn everyone about this rip off!! Don't let it happen to you! It will NEVER happen to us again!!! It's down a main road from The Stamper's Garden; maybe Auburn Way? It's big, and it face north, and it's near the big McDonald's. They were pretty well stocked with decent prices, and pretty clean too. I know that Stampin' Up is doing this with most of their stuff now..and it REALLY annoys me. Your response was tremendous! Here is a HUGE thank you to all of you wonderful stampers out there who told me all about the best places to go in and around Seattle and in Baton Rouge!!! It sounds like the state of Washington is simply packed with stamping stores!! It's a good thing my mother in law lives there. I can use her home as a point of departure! Baton Rouge has just a few places, but I definitely want to check them out. Since so many of you e-mailed me with invitations to get together, some for lunch, some as tour guides to those wonderful places, and some for stamping parties, I'll have to write you each individually before we leave to let you know more of my plans.
