The first is a 24 Pearl-ex set. It has 24 different colors of pearl-ex in it. I have never opened the bottles but the package has been opened. I see that people are buying it for 35.00 on the list, I paid 50.00 but since the package is open will sell it for 25.00. Again the package is opened but the jars have never been used, and I will send it in the opened package. The second is a paperback book called "The Art of Rubber Stamping" by Michele Able the list price and price I paid for it is 14.95. I have read parts of it but it is very gently used. I will sell it for 10.00 And last but not least another book "Stamp A Greeting" by Judy Ritchie, Kate Schmidt, and Jamie Kilmartin. This is a paperback and I am not sure what price I paid for it, I think it came with a set. I will sell the boo alone for 7.50. To recap: 24 set Pearl-Ex - $25.00 "The Art of Rubber Stamping" - $10.00 "Stamp A Greeting" - $7.50 I will send these to you Priority Mail so you need to add $3.00 shipping. When I want to order something, I first look to see if anyone happens to have it, then if no one does...find the vendor who is placing an order first. From the time they actually place the order, I figure its out of their hands and we are both at the mercy of the manufacturer. I've waited (quite happily even) 3 to 4 weeks for something that I really wanted. I don't mind waiting if a vendor wants to wait for my check to clear the bank either. I figure they are just protecting themselves from the few bad apples and it only makes good business sense to have funds before shipping product...of course, after I've ordered a few times and built a relationship with the vendor I like it when they can be flexible too. JESSICA EDWARDS Dear Jessica: The AJFC met for it's regular session last evening, and despite the absence of some of our key Executive personnel, and most specifically, our Ex Ass, TOD, it was proposed and unanimously adopted that you be awarded one of our Special Edition Gold Plated Fire Extinguishers. I am pleased to be sending along this Virtual Model, #0028, which designates you as the 28th list stamper to be bestowed with this token of our respect and esteem. You have conducted yourself, in the face of lister blisters, with graciousness and an enviable display of intestinal fortitude, and in so doing have earned this fire extinguisher. Keep it near your monitor, and may it ever remind you of your friends on the R/S list and in the AJFC. Ant Judy H. da Prez. This was a very nice surprise : ) Michelle sent me a great card with a red embossed heart with the saying *A Loving Heart is the Truest Wisdom*. This is cut out with fiskars and mounted onto a pretty purply flecked piece with corners punched with heart punch. Then that is layered on a piece of solid purple that has been trimmed with deckle Fiskars. On the inside it says *Just a line ....to wish you a happy day* . Sure made my day happy : ) Thank you, Michelle I love it! Hugs Dawn This message was from "Dawn M" - -- The rubberstampers mailing list is proudly sponsored by the Dueling Modems Arts & Crafts Forum.
