Last year we wore name tags with our names and online names on there! Was great...met some wonderful people that way. For AOL we wore yellow ribbons and for the RS list we wore BLUE ribbons. I suggest we do this again. Make your name tag on a light bright colored paper - white, yellow, neon something! Laminate if you wish...doesn't matter. I just know it was easier to look for blue and yellow ribbons while shopping in the crowd. A time to meet? Besides the stampers' social on Saturday night? AOLmember are meeting 8:30 Friday...so another time would be good...because some of us do both the bulletin boards and the list. But whatever works for everyone! And I'll be working the convention again this year too! So be sure to look for me! I'll either be up front at the registration table or at the Just for Fun booth. Look for me!!!!! DH will be there again too...and be unofficial official convention camera man again this year...so be sure to smile!!! :) Rubberhugs - Shawn This message was from Rubrwoman - -- The rubberstampers mailing list is proudly sponsored by the Dueling Modems Arts & Crafts Forum. What a great mail day! My postmaster stopped me and said "Don't run away. I'm running out of room for your packages!" He was right, but I'd never run away from mail! I received my stuff from Evo (she even gave my children their own mounts! And they are thrilled! Thank you.), and she even mounted their stuff on the velcro stuff (is that hook or loop?). I also received my house mouse order from RuthAnn. Thank you for the cute bunny stamp! Next I got my COOKBOOKS! Yes, I'm shouting, I won't be left out of all the fun anymore! Phil, your templates look so nice! I can hardly wait to try them. I also got my Faith's Little Miracle order from Mark & Associates. Thank you so much for the stickers! Wait, I'm not done yet. I also got my "Consider Yourself Raked" Stamp from Barbara at Creative Images. It's great. Then I received my nesting boxes from Mona. Thanks for the example, it helps a lot. Last, but not least. I got my Um grab-bag from Giggles! She even sent *me* fudge. I don't even like peanut butter, but I sure love this! And no, you can't have any! I also ordered the wall paper. You should order this too! You won't be sorry. They are so much more even then I can cut, and they're all ready to use! I am off to play today! I was going to clean, but who could do that with all this fun stuff to play with! Valerie (extremely excited in Minnesota!) I fell down a flight of stairs at the Dr Pepper/7 Up HQ building in Dallas and if there hadn't been for a landing between stairs, would have ended up in the lobby. Fortunately, I hit my head at the same time and it knocked me out so I was not even embarrassed. Good luck and get lots of rest. Of course, drugs should force you to rest. Take care. Marsha >>> "Judy Hornbrook" 03/25 9:18 PM >>> Hi Everyone: Had a first-time experience today ... heard someone screaming and screaming .. didn't even realize it was me! Fell coming down the stairs, with a big feather comforter in my arms ... broke my ankle. Spent 5 hours at the hospital, had a nice shot of demerol ... x-rays ... came home with a huge splint and a bottle of painkillers. Supposed to go back in Friday at 8 a.m., to see if the swelling is down enough to have a cast put on. Wish you were here to stamp something on it. Oh well .... it could have been worse ... geez, I coulda bit the first 2 inches offa my tongue. Sleep is calling. Ant Judy H.
