I got the 300mg .3% hypericin...this is good..2 a day is what you need to take. It does take 2 to 4 weeks in your system to create the desired effect, then you continue taking it. This is great BUT I was needing something right then too...and KavaKava was suggested, I got it and it too is great. Works in just a few minutes (15-30) No grand floating effect...just getting rid of the tension. So until the St. John's Wort gets bust...you might check this out as well. ALSO...Valerian Root is another calming root. (This one stinks !!!though) I find it great for those nights that I wake up at 2 or 3 and cannot get back to sleep. Listen, don't let Debi-Ellen fool you. That Rubberkitty was driving a Harley through the hotel--scattering conventioneers right and left. I met Kate (Iris) Winabeth (from WV, too, duhhh), CeeCee, and Brenda (what a sweetie)--took lots of photos--somebody will probably post them so you can see what a motley crew we made. Neat coincidence: one of the vendors had a new line of interactive Miro stamps; imagine their surprise when I showed the exhibitor my Miro tattoo!! I thought that would've been good for a free stamp....!!!!!!! Classes: the best class was "Landscape Stamping on Photos" by Randall Curry (what a yummy guy...and i didn't' even pinch his a(ooooopss!!!). We used his own photographs of the sky (indescribable) and stamped directly on the photos with Stampscapes. Man--this was so coool. My purchases: 4 mounteds, 3 UM's, a Mail Art Kit from Randall, some GREAT postage stamp art nudes (i grabbed as many of those as i could until i felt like i was hogging them all). Lessons Learned: Plan your purchases, and when you see it, BUY it, or it will be gone. Don't take late classes--everyone, including the instructors, are just too tired by then. I will plan my shopping/class time better. The funnest thing was meeting everybody, and I would like to devote more conference time to networking with listees. My SSS#6 sent me a box filled with goodies. First, I reached in and pulled out a gorgeous holographic bag. In the bag were jelly bellies, a German Hazelnut Candy bar (how ever did you know that this is my all time favorite??), and some candy balls. These were absolutely scrumptious, too. (And are all gone!) :)) Then, I pulled out some paperclay. Just in time for me to try something I wanted to try making, but couldn't because I hadn't bought more paperclay. :) I reached in and pulled out a 9 x 12 envy full of all different kinds of neat and beautiful papers. Then, I found an envy with half sheets of neat papers. These have webbing in gold, silver and/or copper on them. Very pretty!! All of these will be put to good use! Thank you!! :) I can't even describe them good enough to do them justice!! They are all so pretty!! I then pulled out an envy of 4 sheets of a squiggly, corrugated cs for layering. I've never seen anything like this. Looks really cool! Then, I pulled out 2 Class A Peels. One are gold "thinking of you" stickers, and the other are very pretty butterflies. That's not all folks! I then found a sheet of postage stamps. That's right, the new flowery ones!! Boy, they are so neat!! I had caught a glimpse of them one day at the PO. But, it was after I checked out, and there was a long line, so I didn't get any. And there was a beautiful handmade card. The card is the prettiest light mint color, with embossed pansies on vellum, colored and embossed, and glitter glue in the centers. And it has a dry embossed frame over it. It really is so pretty. Can't hardly wait to show it off!! Then, just when I thought I was done, I found not 1, but 2 sets of the Marvy LePlume II markers in my box. OH MY!!! I am SO excited to get these!! I got the pastels and the brights. At such a perfect time, too!! I had just stamped a bunch more Angels to make cards with and went to use what was left of my old LePlume's, and they were too dry to color with. This was the greatest, my SS!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I really appreciate everything you have sent to me,and will be very happy to use each of them!! From Elizabeth Herman (lupie eherman@flash.net) I got some mermaid stamps and fish stamp from stamp oasis. I was really pleased with both all of the stamps. And the service from both vendors was great.
