I place the rose petals in a container with now lid so they can dry out =
naturally. Then I purchase the essence oil from the local hobby/craft =
store. Drop a few drops on the roses (that you have put into a plastic =
bag) and then shake them and seal the bag closed.
I leave them in the bag for a few days and then place them into your =
favorite container. I hope this helps. You can do this with just about =
any flower or foliage.

If I ever thought my first order was awesome......the second order was more
than awesome.   All of my paper was the full sheets and they came in perfect
shape.  Mona's packing is incredible and everything arrives in tip top
shape.
I couldn't be more pleased and she keeps in constant contact until order is
received.

I couldn't begin to describe them either but I agree with the other person
who
just received paper from her, you must try some of her paper.....over 100
different kinds of it.....too wonderful.

I use the Tria markers and the same thing happens...bleeds right 
through.  I think it is because of the "spread" of the ink...once you 
apply marker to paper the ink just oozes out...which I love about them 
but I end up having to "back" everything.  Usually what I do is create a 
card and then cut a piece of paper to layer on top...and I stamp and 
color on this layer.  I love my Tria markers and this extra step is well 
worth the effort to me.  Hope this helps.  Take care.

Received my VERY FIRST SSS package today!  It is GREAT, yeah, I'm =

When I opened the package (in the P. O. parking lot - just couldn't wait =
- -sorry!) the first thing I saw was an envy made of a paper doily - with =
my name on it - she wrote me a note saying this package theme is paper - =
boy, oh boy, she wasn't kidding - now I really need to get busy!  There =
is all kinds and colors of paper in here.....and vellum.....and sticker =
paper....and dromecote...and cream lace tissue paper....and a book of =
how-to's for all kinds of neat projects.

Thank you so very much, from the bottom of my heart.  You are truly a =
kind SSS and I hope that whoever has you is just as kind to you!

Oh, last but definately not least, she made me a sachet that smells ever =
so sweet -what's in here anyhow????  Whatever, it reminds me that Spring =
has really sprung!

How excited can a person get when receiving their 1st. ss package!!!!!!
This is too much fun!!!!! 
You sent via Evo the most gorgeous papers (cardstock). I looked @ every sheet
& you know what??? I don't have any of these. I love paper too much!! My very
favorites were the black leatherette, the beautiful purple. It's all
beautiful!!  I will be ordering paper from Evo.....
Also in my package are some of Evo's templates with a note saying I would
receive the holder later. I've got to tell you, I just ordered these from Evo
last Fri. or Sat. 
Been wanting to get these because of all the great comments posted, so decided
it's time for me to have these. Someone out there is psychic.
When I saw these I didn't know what to think. I didn't think the ones I
ordered would be in the same package as my ss. Would you believe, I just
called Evo & she laughed, & told me these were from my ss. It was so nice
talking to Evo again. They are wonderful people.
I'm so surprised & excited about this package. Now I know why everyone gets so
HAPPY when getting their package.
I will be using this cardstock with a smile & now I won't have a excuse for
cutting such crooked layers. These templates will stay on my stamping table &
used everytime I stamp.
Thank you so very much for this wonderful 1st. package. Maybe you could go
ahead & tell me who you are......tried to get this info. from Evo, but she
just laughted @ me.

We'll we're finally home and happy to report we had a BLAST at Cleveland!
Bill Petal (petalstamp) was a wonderful host. He really cares about the stampers and the
stamp companies. Even his restaurant recommendations were pretty good! I almost wish I had
been able to attend some of the classes. My customers said they were all top notch.
I ran out of 200 pins by early sunday morning! (Bill and Suze Weinberg got my special
"Cleveland Rocks" Instant shaker pins. Everyone else got a pin with my turtle doing a bad
Elvis impression!)

It was great to meet all the RS list stampers who stopped by my booth to pick up their free
goodie and pin! (I won't embarrass myself by trying to remember all the names of the online
people, but it was a pleasure meeting you all!)

I'm happy to say that the Adventures in Stamping stampers do like to buy lots of rubber! I
also got wiped out of Kai scissors, Instant shakers, HALOS and my new P.S. Positioner
(Portable Stamp Positioner)!

Happy to report that I did spot Mars and the lemur! I was kinda hoping it was going to be a
real one. The chocolate pretzel prize was eagerly consumed somewhere east of Pittsburgh on
the drive home.

I'm looking forward to going back next year!

Hi, there!
I would have wanted to post earlier but talk about being busy here!
First of all, I'd like to thank Mark for such a great opportunity!
When he invited me to do the solo towards the end of January I answered
yes immediately... As I pushed the send button, I got cold feet :o)
which is so typical of me... I close my eyes, jump and whether the =
parachute is gonna open is something to worry about later!! LOL!
Anyway, it's been one of the greatest moments of my life and I'm so
happy about it! and even happier to be able to share it with you :-)
Mark's invitation caught me by surprise indeed. You have no idea
of what this has meant to me... Being in such a=20
rubber-less land, my stamping wouldn't have taken off if it
weren't for my access to the Internet back in 1996 which consequently =
lead me to the list and to all your generosity and willigness to share =
:-)
My cards now hanging in the Hansenart gallery just reflect all you have =
taught me - I would read every card description carefully trying to =
imagine with the mind' s  eye what that all looked
 like!!! They also reflect all the help I have gotten from very special =
people on the list and you all know who you are :-)
Yesterday, a couple of hours before the big chat=20
on ICQ, I got an email from no other than Art Snyder
 from RSM! Yes, I do have chutzpah LOL! and I emailed the BIG GUYS the =
info on my show and the gallery! Here's an excerpt from his email to me:

"I really enjoyed the show of yours, and we're considering=20
doing something
with it. The gallery idea itself is very good, and
 I think I may include a
listing of the gallery in my Surf City section=20
of my Stamper's Art column
in an upcoming RSM."=20

Well, it took me a while to catch my breath... actually I haven't yet =
LOL!
I'm very happy indeed not only for myself but also for Mark and his =
gallery!
He did a wonderful job and that was such a great idea and I think we all
should be really proud of him!=20
I would like to end by saying a BIG LOUD THANK YOU to all
of you who have emailed me about my cards, an even more special
THANK YOU to those of you who were in the chat room last night
and last but not least a THANK YOU to all wonderful stampers on this
list who have always been there for me :-) Love ya lots!
