My mother is in a nursing home, and I buy her hospital-type gowns at Sears. Some have snaps, but others have the string ties. They are soft cotton, no-iron things. If one of us could find a white one, we could do a bang-up job for Giggles...maybe she could get her picture in the paper. ROFL I think, that in addition to stamping it, we should sign our names on it....sorta be there in spirit with her. A paper gown won't hold up long under a sprinkler system...*should* there be a fire, and with a cloth gown, our Giggles wouldn't have to worry about running into the street stark *nekkid*. Love ya giggles!!! David has always played with dolls of both gender (how do they have gender if not anatomically correct is anyone's business). He wanted a barbie because the girls at day care had them. I did go out and buy one for him with a swim suit, that was all. he used it as a girlfriend for this GI Joe's (he never wanted Ken). Lucked out as he never wanted any clothers for her, just wanted the "set." As for his dating. he is now 1`5, but a junior in HS. The prom was last night and I told him that he could go but only wiht a friend, Not to go just to go. he decied not to go, understanding what i was toalking about (after all he can go as a date next year). Today he went with the guys and gals who went to the prom down the shore for the day and night. He does not date but has many close female friends and I think this is the best way for him to develop I have listened in to their phone calls, and they are not all sex type or gossip. Even heard him discussing the Clinton thing. Would never push him in to dating (at least until he has one body hair) and I think he is generally pretty well rounded in so far as the opposite sex is concerned.
