Well I'll tell you what happened to me. I had this swarm of fruitflies descend on me one week. Didn't have any idea how they got there and couldn't get rid of them. Bout drove me nuts. Then one day the bag we used to put our camping gear in was moved from its usual place to get at something, and a bunch flew out of the bag. Turns out that *someone* hadn't thoroughly cleaned it out and had left one lousy fly bitten apple in it. Teeming with fruit flies. So here I was getting the shivering heebee jeebees because these tiny creatures from hell were buzzing my face and they were all over! A flyswatter didn't work - nothing did. Then I had an idea. Into the bathroom I went. I came out with my right hand covered in a heap of George's shaving cream. Those d*mn flies flew near me and I just waved my hand in their general direction and the little b*st*rds were stuck in the foam. It worked like a charm! I walked around that kitchen waving my hand in the air gently (didn't want to fling shaving cream about) until the cream was peppered with bugs. Then I went to the sink, whipped it in, rinsed my hand and refueled. Those creatures were gone in an hour and I never touched a one! Plus my hand was so soft and smooth and clean smelling . . . Wolfeboro is about an hour from Norh Conway....but there is lots of neat stuff along the way. If you are into quilting, Keepsake Quilts is very close to N.Conway in Center Harbor, there is also a VERY NICE, very large antique shop in Center Harbor called Burlwood Antiques. In Center Sandwich there is a wonderful restaurant....The Corner House Inn that has grea food and desserts to die for. In Wolfeboro there is a wonderful Chinese restaurant called Westlake (people drive up from Boston for their food). Mike Love's Quay on the back bay in Wolfeboro is also quite good but, like the Corner House, can be pricey. In N.Conway, Horsefeathers is fun...and the food is good and moderately priced. There is a great public beach in Wolfeboro....Carry Beach...so maybe faily members who aren't interested in the Straw Cellar could take a dip (there is a place to change at the beach. If you are into kayaking, ou can rent kayaks at Back Bay in Wolfeboro. This is a great way to see Lake Winnepausaukee which is a beautiful glacier lake. The Castle in the Clouds is fun to see...The Woodshed in Moultonborough is a good restaurant. The outlets in Conway are prety good....and there is no tax in NH. This is probably more info than you wanted....and I know it is presented in a rather discombobulated fashion....but it is 3:00 a.m. We may be sailing that weekend so I don't know if I'll be in NH. Here it is: according to the Code, it is against the law to watercolor the background first, and then stamp the image, unless you want to. There! Seriously, though, I frequently do just that. It works just fine! Cheers, ex fast posto (Nan) This message was from AnnelouR@aol.com - -- The rubberstampers mailing list is proudly sponsored by the Dueling Modems Arts & Crafts Forum. I am the proud owner of some of Tonya's Fine Line EP's (can't remember the exact name). Anyway, I love them so much that I hardly even like using the regular ep's anymore. (I need more colors!)The fine line ones are soooo clean looking. I HIGHLY recommend getting some for yourself or for your SSS. You will NOT regret it! Enjoy! Melissa - -- Melissa C. Hi, Deb! What a nice surprise to receive your terrific cat--and with a great cat stamp on it! What a sweetie. Are you going to share night Monday? Did you know Sandy is trying to sell the store? Can't believe it is August already! TTYL. You have had all kinds of good news lately....you deserve it! I was so impressed with your sparkle and spunk when I met you at the Boston show. To say I'm tickled PINK, doesn't begin to cover it! Yeah, yeah, I know...you don't want me to start that PINK stuff all over again...but I think my PINK robe and fuzzy PINK slippers would fit right in with some of the other wedding attire already discussed. But, as I think about it, you might want to borrow my PINK fuzzy wuzzy robe for your honeymoon. I could probably get most of the pigment ink and melted EP off if I wahed it for 8 days. It is yours for the asking. After all, every bride needs something borrowed.....the PINK robe might be just the right thing! Even if you said I couldn't wear it for identification purposes at the Boston show. I would have been a veritable vision in PINK!!!!
