This is what I am most upset with.....this customer called this certain stamp co to ask them about my order...this certain co has stated that I never ordered from them....WELL that is very funny I have a Letter from them Right here in my hot little hands so not only do they have a big surprise from me come Monday morning so do my customers for I am demanding a letter of apoligy for this lie that they have told....I am boiling at this min...and I have had just about enough....This is the biggest lie from on of the biggest stamp companies and If I dont hear from them I will scan this letter I have from them and I will post it and the part of the other letter I have in my hands that states that they say I have not ordered from them...I am so angry and I will not take this from them.... 3. I have almost all my return reciept post cards back from the Post office just waiting on I believe 2 .... OH and I also will be contacting a lawyer in regards to all business owners rights as of any wrongful things as letters coming in mail and also concerning cancelations of orders after orders have been ordered and also restocking fee's and such...customers seem to forget that although it may not be them not paying for orders or canceling after orders have been mailed it does hit the 15% in my part that I dont make .... at times we can have tons of stock sitting here from 2 stamp mins...people canceling etc..that is money that is just sitting and no I am not blaming pointing fingers or any such thing just making customers more aware....I generally make about 5% maybe of what is ordered...after answering emails printing ...shipping cost.shipping supplies ..postage ,....gas in my car and my time placing orders putting orders together...so this business isnt as profit making as most think it is ..but I didnt do this to make much of a profit but to make others happy...sometimes I feel this is the biggest mistake that I have made in my life... thanks for listening...and letting me vent... The regular Printworks Designer ink pads (including coal black) are not waterproof. You CAN use the ink for watercoloring...just press the top of the lid into the ink so that it pools up in the lid, like a palette--this trick only works in the large pads by the way--and then pick up the ink in the lid with your wet brush. Printworks made "Watercolor Designer Ink Pads" in black and brown; now they call them "Outliners" (so people wouldn't think they should watercolor with them) and they're available in many colors besides brown and black. He is Bill Kuzia and he is a 71 yr old retired aerospace engineer, the only Rocket Scientist in our family to be sure. So far, he is getting miracle comeback from prayer and the drug TPA. My sister and I are nurses-I do stroke rehab, for one thing- and we Made the Doctor give the TPA, no thanks to the HMO!! Anyway Please pray for Dad and for my mom to cope.
