I really didn't deserve a thank you back from you. During the recent passing of your Grandmother I was just feeling the loss of my Dad (9YRs,7-21st) and decided to reach out and be compassionate . In return I should be thanking you, It helped me tremendously to pass along some support and in turn supported my empty heart. That night I dreamed the most vivid and beautiful memories I shared with my Dad. He is an Angel on my shoulder. By the way the card is adorable- Layered and cut with decorative scissors Red and White card stock A cute bear (I have this one) dressed in paperdoll fashion (3'd) red and white heart skirt, head band and her arms are 3'd holding a bouquet of roses. My hats off to you, this is a great card. Vitamin E > (at least 400 IU) is very helpful, too. Lecithin is, of course, soybean oil. Also, 2T soybean flour is supposed to be one of the best ways to get your daily dose...and this flour makes delicious coating for meat or vegetables for frying or broiling. Also, substituting a Tablespoon of Soy flour for a T of every cup of flour in pancakes, biscuits, etc, adds a delicious taste. I hadn't heard this about vitamin E...but I do take them. I, too, am speaking from experience.
