While it might be considered a long drive from San Francisco (distance is relative), the Warehouse does not carry Rubberstampede seconds. The Warehouse carries a huge selection of stamps from an overwhelming number of different stamp manufacturers. In addition, it carries more than ample papers and stamping-related supplies. (Can you tell I am a most-pleased customer?!) There is, however, an outlet store for Rubberstampede located within a few miles of Stamper's Warehouse. Perhaps that is what you were referring to. Just wanted to offer this clarification. After reading posts from people of have to travel vast distances to reach their closest stamp store, I count myself lucky. There are numerous stamp stores in the San Francisco Bay Area and I look forward to visiting each and every one eventually (budget allowing!) >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> The Stamper's Warehouse is a huge store loaded with stamps and stamp supplies. Things I've never seen in any other stamp store is at this place! It's got one of the biggest selection of stamps I've ever seen, no kidding. It's well worth the drive, imo. Rubberstampede Outlet is not a few miles away, it's in the exact same shopping center as Stamper's Warehouse and is within walking distance, but it would take maybe 5-10 mins to get there because they are at opposite ends of the "mall". However, they do not carry only seconds. they carry brand new stamps and all supplies at half the cost of what you pay anywhere else. Those great big huge stamps for $10 are only $5 at RO, and they have bottles of ep for only .50cents! OK, they're the small size bottles, but that's still a huge savings! It's well worth the effort of going there, too. They do have seconds, but only at one place and they're in a box marked seconds or something to indicate they're super cheap and they're all $1 or something like that. Also brand new stamps are in these boxes because there was something wrong with them, but they stamp perfectly good. So don't miss this store if you happen to make it out to Stampers Warehouse. :) Stargazer ------------------------------ From: DIVAGee@aol.com Date: Sat, 15 Feb 1997 18:18:30 -0500 (EST) Subject: Re: RS TAN: Asthmatic now home & Girl Scout Tattoo In a message dated 97-02-15 02:28:02 EST, WubbuWu@aol.com writes: << Not wanting to waste a good trip to a tattoo artist I decided to get the Girl Scout logo (the traditional not the contemporary) tattooed on my hip. The wintergreen pastel and baby blue pastel embossing powders will be a nice addition to the yellow you sent last time, and give me more opportunity to experiment. I've always timidly stuck with gold, silver, and clear....but use e.p. all the time!! The two stamps are sweet. I love the one with Pooh and Piglet (We'll be best friends until forever, wait and see)! I'm hoping to use him in the upcoming Pooh swap, along with the new Pooh and Piglet punch I bought yesterday!!! And I love the initial. That's really pretty. I can see it taking on different character depending on whether it's done with markers or pencils or chalk. Neat! And I have to say I love the colorbox pigment pad. I love the set of three colors. I don't have many of those and have always wanted to try the different sets! Thanks for thinking of me! You've found some real winners!!
