Put the ribbon, wrong side up, on a sheet of paper. Cover ribbon with rubber cement. Wait a moment or two. Pick up and put where and how you want it on the cardstock and let it dry. Also, Aleene's makes a THICK designer tacky glue that's great for stuff like this. Its super thick and sticky and works like hot melt glue but comes in a bottle. You need just little dabs of this or of the Yes. You just need to set the bottle of Aleene's Thick upside down for an hour or so before you attempt to use it because otherwise, waiting for it to flow to the tip is like waiting for rocks to grow .
