Well Hi guys, I am new and have been listening for a while. I loved the Toddler diet isn't it the truth. I have children 7,5 and 18 months. The funny thing is the baby eats better than the 5 year old. At my house we say it's not dinner till everyone has spilled something once and the baby shrieks happily and throws his dish to the floor. I am thinking it is some strange (unknown to me) family custom that is somehow passed down genetically. Seeing that all of the children are afflicted. Well I must tell you how addicting you all are to listen to. My friend Jodi (whom I love dearly) has chuckled at me, already knowing the addiction of stamping. .When I first started the list I said "wow there is sooooo much mail maybe I will unsubscribe. Well a few days later I said "this is kind of fun to read the messages I think I will stay on for a little while". Well we were doing stamps the other day and she was encouraging me to send in a card for a swap that I had made and well I actually contemplated it. Who knows it may happen yet. Anyway I sure have enjoyed reading all the messages and comedy pages, just what I needed. I have one question how in the world do you stamp with an 18 month old in your house? Occasionally I find him with marker on his body because I haven't gotten things put up quickly enough. I also live in a house of gates, I am thinking of trying out for the olympic hurdles soon. Right now I only stamp with Jodi because it is too hard alone because the kids see this as an invitation to mess with my mental stability. Did you ever see Bill Cosby talking about his kids "stop touching that, stop touching that" well this is me. I do have faith though that some day they will grow up and... well by then I will have my own padded room, but until then I am hanging on to these dear little ones because amidst all the trials and frustrations I wouldn't have it any other way. Since I'm in the process of converting all of my unmounted stamps over to HALOS, when in Utah I can't miss an opportunity to stop by and "shop" at Sheryl Porter's. This time though I was pleasantly surprised! Sheryl recently moved her inventory from her home to another location. She is now using a huge basement in the house where two of her children live. She has so much room now. Everything is spread out and she is in the process of putting up display racks and shelves. Anyway, on to the great shopping! Sheryl carries both types of the Fiskars (paper edgers and corner scissors), luster rub ons, Kaleidacolor rainbow pads, the new interchangeable Paintbox pads, tons of sheets and individual unmounted stamps, HALOS (of course), confetti, HALOS brand of dye ink pads (the same as Printworks), a new confetti glue, and so much more that I can't name everything here. Needless to say I went a little overboard on all of the goodies. ;) If you are ever in need of something, try Sheryl, she probably sells it, and you'll love the great customer service she provides! The usual disclaimer here, just sharing my thoughts as a very satisfied customer.
