I DON'T want to delete anybody off of the list that would like to stay. Occasionally I have a few people who will write me and request to be removed, so I do. The problem usually most often is that people are always changing their e-mail addresses and don't let me know. That was one big reason why I sent the E-Mail List to the Rubberstampers list so that people would have a chance to check their e-mails and let me know if they changed. I purposely held on to distributing the "SML" for a week waiting to see if anyone responded. I received several responses and changed those accordingly. We also have a few people that sometimes are subscribed to the list and sometimes not, they come and go and I would rather keep them on the list, then to add and delete and add and delete. So saying that they are not on the Rubberstampers List and they should be deleted is NOT an answer. The reason I have posted the "Bounced e-mail list" is because instead of wasting time and bandwidth to keep sending it to addresses that are having problems I will let "you" tell me what your correct e-mail is. Also, it is to let people know that I did try to send it to them, but for whatever reason it bounced back to me "Undeliverable". Hopefully this clears up some confusion for everyone. I have received about 34 requests to be added to the list since I generated the last one (12/97), I am working on adding these in. If you are one of the 34 so far, you will receive the existing list "As Is" and you will not be in it. But be sure that you will be in the updated one in February. Cheers and Happy New Year to All!!! Hey Bonnie, That reminded me that when we were kids in WV we shot off the guns into the air in the yard, I don't remember hearing anyone " got " anything (like birds or flying people) And we took pots and lids and banged them together to make loud noises. Thanks for stirring that memory for me! Thanks, KalicoKathy Have a Gentle Day On Thu, 01 Jan 1998 00:21:16 -0800 Bonnie Lass writes: >Happy New Year! Yeah! 1998 is here! I now have DD 20 1/2 y.o. , DS #1-18 y.o. , DS#2 -13 1/2 y.o. , DS#3 -12 y.o. And I like that term someone used recently - that boys " graze " for food all the time. I'm just 5'3" and they are all way taller than I am but that's not hard to be!LOL I have really good children and we have a loving family but there are still stressful times. Like last night, NYEve, both DD & DS#1 , were out at parties. I pray a lot!! They each called me when they 'changed' location of parties. DS was home at 1:30 am and DD got home at 5am. DH and I and other 2 DS s played marathon game of Monopoly and drank sparkling cider for NY toast. We are starting new family traditions with the passing of age and migration out of the 'nest'. Since me and DH were each oldest of 6 children, we are not prepared for the leaving of children, we were the first to leave home. My youngest sister and youngest B-I-L both tell us they felt they miss important family time with brothers and sisters leaving home. Not for my family, The early years when I was oldest were not good for my parents- a lot of fighting. And I envied my sister because she finally got to be an only child! I'm rambling, sorry! Anyone have similar situations growing up?? You could see their ads and print coupons yourself. www.hobby lobby gets you the same thing. Is Hobby Lobby everywhere or only here in the midwest. I do all my HL business in Colorado. When my son and dil moved to Greeley, CO she had a hard time finding a part-time job...they are students. One day she called-found PT at Hobby Lobby! Of course being the supporting MIL that I am I [first[ told her CONGRATS!.....then....what's your discount! I like Michaels but I also like Hobby Lobby. The last time I was over to visit the kids all of HL stamps were 1/2 price! They carry Stamp Affair, which is pretty cheap anyway, I got all of their crazy victorian stamps for 1/2 of $3.79! Their is a great victoriam lady bend over that says "please do not becd". Great for using on my swap envelopes!
