I've bought more stash for my rubber stamping. 2 new heart stamps for Valentine's. I also took a class last night in paper weaving. I made the neatest card using paper that I wove using different exotic, mulberry & Japanese papers. This was used as a background layer for the other stamps we used. I made a really pretty valentine card. Another lady used the Judi-kins kimono stamp & black & gold papers. Her card was great. I'm also working furiously on my CCCC cards. Since I've also joined the Image Swap & the Monthly Card Swap I'll be working on these also. This weekend I hope to try stamping on shelf liner that was featured in one of the stamping magazines. Patty, These stamps are made by All Night Media. They even come in a box that says Conversation Hearts. I buy them every year for my students. They get one of the stamps. (Except for last years class- the class from Hell)! I believe they come nine to a box. They are foam mounted. I have also seen some by A Stamp In The Hand. Hope this helps! It has been a couple of years since I went to a slumber party and I am 45! They had one at Trifles Rubber Stamp store. They set up art supplies and we stamped and giggled all night. But hummm...younger girl parties. Well, each girl brought her favorite record and we had M&M's and Popcorn and got to stay up late and watch a scary movie (Alfred Hitchcock or Godzilla). We also had some organized games like Charades and another one I remember is we had a treasure map and hunted down treats. Another of that type was a twig with a string and you wound up the string to get to the treasure and every one's strings were all tangled up it was fun. We played poker and called boys on the phone and when mom and dad were asleep we snuck over to a boy's house and threw toilet paper all over his yard and then snuck out the next morning to see him clean it up. We put shaving cream in mailboxes. Nice girls? huh? I also remember playing twister and also putting on makeup and doing eachother's hair. It was so thrilling.
