I'm not a neatnik or anything (DH will vouch for that) but this is the ultimate challenge. Once a month - when I conduct my Girl Scout Service Unit Meetings - I come close to uncluttering my office. However, when the meeting is over (I have 33 troops, over 335 girls and over 200 adults) I'm too exhausted to do a thing. So it all gets piled back in the office and left to multiple. Tonight is my meeting. I've started to get organized. Give me the definition of "Clean off the desk". Does everything have to have a place? Can anything be left because you don't know where to put it but you've had it for two years and every few months you look at it again and say "I'd better save this"? Maybe I'm not up to the challenge. It would be more fun to go play with my stamps. I'm a newbie at stamping - I've got 50 years of cluttering under my belt. Is there a doctor in the house? Clean off your sofa - I need a counseling session. By the way - I'm preparing for our Unit Camporee in May. Lots of stamping and scrapbooking ideas to share with all the girls/adults. Would love any contributions of ideas, old stamps, misc. junque that you feel needs a good home........... I'm rambling - thanks for being so patient. My "ideas" file has over a hundred and most of them I've not even gotten to fully read yet. Your idea sounds just gorgeous. The other thing you might do is burn edges a bit, but love the idea of the ink on them. I really have other things to do (like getting the Christmas tree down). DH is in Fairbanks for 1 1/2 weeks, maybe sonny and I can get the decorations put away finally, but not if you all keep this up :) Eileen This message was from fligamapoof@juno.com (E. When cool, slice each each layer in two, frost with real whipped cream, lay sliced bananas (she goes length wise, I do whatever) over layer, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Keep adding layers until cake is done. Must be refrigerated if it lasts that long. This is our family's all time favorite cake. It's a MUST for any gathering. My sonny doesn't like frosting on cakes, but if he doesn't get this cake for his BD, we all hear about it. It's really delicious cold! Enjoy! Eileen This message was from fligamapoof@juno.com (E.
