Yeah, Justine, forward it to me ... I'd like to look it over. Libel ... A defamatory statement is one that lowers a person in the estimation of others. Usually such a statement is seen as being designed to bring the victim to "hatred, contempt, or ridicule." A defamatory statement may be either direct or indirect, or by cartoon, caricature, or by any other means in a published or written form. If the defamation is oral, it is described as *slander*; if it is written or printed or reduced to some permanent form, it constitutes **libel**. It is a complete answer for an action (i.e., a legal suit) of libel or slander to demonstrate that the statements complained of are tue, but it is not an adequate defence to say that one mistakenly believed them to be true. Bonnie....sorry that piece fell off....like my life I guess...I used to have a handle on things, but then it fell off the triangle piece goes above the square piece. I used bronze pigment ink for the first layer and then used Suze's Ultra Thick Clear Ep..about four times. Before the last layer I used a dark gold Pearl Ex...dry. Then inked up the heart stamp w/Top Boss and made the impression in the built up layers of EP. This multi-layering embossing technique is in the latest Somerset Studio issue by Lea Everse. It's easy and I love the look. LET PEOPLE KNOW YOU LOVE THEM WHILE THEY ARE BREATHING. Life is so short. 95% of my phone calls end with "I love you". I have explained to my friends and relatives that I plan on telling them "I love you" so you will have no doubt how I feel about you now, so God forbid, if I were to be killed, you know where you stand. I find that once you are up front and honest with someone, you will hear those same words back... and it feels good. Roses are red, violets are blue, my favorite thoughts are often of you.
