I've *finally* sorted the shell swap ! I think we had a total of 33 players, including myself. I made something for everyone ... so everyone got a 6/6 swap (if you sent 6) --- there were a few who sent different amounts (you know who you are) and you got the same ratio back. I made picture frames ... just center the picture in the middle (you might have to cut some edges -- remove the covering on the middle tape and stick it down. Then, remove the covering on the tape on the 4 inside corners. Stick it together (like closing a notecard). If you look on the back, I've put another piece of tape there. Remove the backing and stick it to your office wall ... stamping room wall ... computer monitor ... fridge ... whatever ! Its just a "quickie" something I did - not a big deal, but I think they're great for the office ! --------- these directions will make more sense when you see the frame :-) There were some outstanding cards !!!! I was very impressed ! I'd also like to say "good job" to all the newbies. I think we had about 15 newbies in this swap! I remember this because I was bombarded with questions on how to do a swap. I'd like to once again remind everyone to put your name & email addy on the back of all of your cards whenever you enter a swap. We had some "no names" again -- I hate it for them because they won't get a personal note from the people who received his/her cards ! Oh ... was that a subtle suggestion? ;-) Yes -- please try to email everyone personally or publically regarding the cards -- and I'd love to see a copy. I know that I like to read about my cards ... and I'm sure you do too ! So, lets return the favor and talk about everyone else's. :-) Thanks again for playing in this swap -- it was really very good !!! I met Nikki via a swap organised on the BIG list for Aussie Stampers only and received her card (very nice I might add) in my lot. Anyway I've since hosted my 2nd card swap and also set up the SST - a TRIBE buddy sort of thing for Aussie stampers (the postage is a killer to OS). Anyway since this time Nikki and I have found we have some similar interests and have been regularly "chatting" to each other via email. It's been very different for me having a "friend" I've never met, especially as I'm wary of making too many contacts via the net and not getting out to met "real" people. Anyway I suppose what I'm wanting to say is that though I haven't as yet purschased stock from Nikki (though she is organising a card stock grab bag) I've found dealing with her through the card swaps, SST and personally chatting to be really good value and hope that everyone on the list - especially the Aussie Stampers will give her a go! It's not finished because I still have other Vendors Information to add. The vendors are listed in the order which I recieved submitions. I have 7 more vendors to add. Please keep the Vendor Information Forms coming in. And if any of the vendors have one small graphic to add to their listing. I would be more than happy to put those in for you. As long as you already have it scanned in and uploaded to the Web somewhere. All I will have to do is write that URL into the HTML along with your information. I'm asking that you try to keep the graphid small so that it will cut down on loading time on visitors browsers. If there are vendors that you don't see on the list it is only because I either hav'nt had time to enter the info or the vendor has not sent me a completed form yet. To recieve a Vendor Form. Just send an E-Mail to me at: scpstamp@erols.com with the words "Form Request" In the subect line. Have Fun Checking it out. "Luv" Mariann at S.C.P.
