I think she would like another bird...but is so afraid something will happen again that she is afraid to get a new one. He seemed to really take to her right away.....got on her finger the first day. She handled him quite a bit....which he seemed to love...didn't seem upset at all....very calm. Any ideas on what could have happened? Advice on choosing a new bird? Tips on how to care for them? I'd like to share a tip I got from Shaunna Frasure that may not be new to everyone but was to me and the results were great. Instead of using water to blend your watercolor pencils, apply the water color pencil right to your card, then take a blender pen to the color and blend in this way. It really raises the color up and out at you and the pencil lines dissappear. Sets the color also. One of the best affects I have seen yet and much faster and easier then the usual way.
