I didn't have any tapes and after reading Betsy's write up I decided to give this one a try. All I can say is WOW! Oh seriously, this tape is really great. It covers several techniques and gave me some wonderful ideas for use of several products (which I've just ordered from RCL). Demonstrations include paper and paper adhesive using products shch as Perfect fx-flakes, grandules and embossing tiles, UTEE, Pearl Ex, and papers. She shows some great ideas for collage, layering, using the UTEE etc. She shows paper making both with a Grummel and casting. She shows some flower pressing. her assemblage is just wonderful. What a wonderful suprise I received in the mail today!!!! Vicki ( Vburow@anasazi.com) sent me a wonderful Rak package!!! This truely made my day since this has been such a tring week for me !!!! Inside the package was lots of ribbons, bows, confetti, stickers, different embellisments that were in a felt checked pouch,and some really beautiful papers I wish I could decibe these the one paper has purples and I think it is handmade paper it is really beautiful, the other papers are pink with yellow , blues,greys and is all swirly.. ! Not that that wasn't plenty enough to make me smile but she also included some of her wonderful cards!! Now remember I am a newbie so this is going to be hard for me to decribe! One card is made on white glossy cs, with a fish bowl stamped and the center cut out then in the center of the bowl there is a fish stamped and some sort of blue colored jell for the water which is in a window .. another card is made on copper cs, and is layered with white mulberry paper, cream crimped paper and then a beautiful cut out of a tea cup with flowers. The next card is on burgandy cs and in the center it is layered with white and lavender paper and stamped with you take the cake..and embellished at the top with a yellow candle. Then last but not least by any means is a card that she made for me made from blue cs..and is folded in sort of a box type way on the inside flap is a gold embossed heard with flowers in the center and a wonderful saying then when you open that flap inside it is layered in the purple hand made paper then green and white paper that is cut with dec scissors. and stamped with you take the cake. and is embellished with a creamed colored bow and another cut out stamp that says happy. this card folds all up and is close with velcro. I know I can't do justice in the decription of these cards but believe me they are beautiful! I can't thank Vicki enough for sending this package to me!
