Some time ago (before my hard drive crash) there was a thread of discussion about various CD writers and associated software required to transfer vinyl to CD. I (also) agreed at the time that this thread of conversation needed to move elsewhere as it really had no 'Yello' content. I am, however, glad that this discussion took place in the Yello Digest, as it is the only news group that I read. I am now wanting to transfer some of my vinyl collection to CD and would be grateful for some advise by some of the participants in this group who obviously 'know the business'. Would you please respond directly via e-mail if you are able to give me some advise as to what kind of computer equipment to access in order to produce high quality copies. I have no favorite Yello song. To have more liking for one song, one must have less liking for another - this might work with other bands, but not with Yello. Yello is not this or that - Yello just "IS", and "ISNESS" is to be enjoyed - period. (gee, maybe I should move this to the philosophy section ). Best regards to all!
