I used to receive by mail DIW and Avant free catalog from Soul Note, but
they stopped doing so. Never knew the reasons.
I'm also interested to know where to get all the titles they have.

You can also check out _No Idea_ on DIW, with Mengelberg, Cohen and
Baron. I just picked it up and it's an amazing and terrific cd with all
jazz standards. IMHO, highly recommended.
